We can all acknowledge that the current world wide pandemic has affected our lives – in small ways and in giant, grotesque ones. More than ever I can see and feel the importance of my own yoga practice at home, and I want to share it with you.
This course, consisting of 4 x 1hr online sessions on Saturday morning at 9am (Portugal/UK time, via Zoom) will take a look at the meaning of Yoga. We will work with asana (postures), pranyama (breath work) and simple meditation techniques to take a moment to turn inwards and listen to your own true voice. To whichever guidance it whispers to you.
